Copenhagen Expats

Challenge:
Copenhagen Expats wanted to move beyond relocation support and become the leading content hub for expats moving to Denmark. The goal: build a scalable, SEO-driven platform that attracts organic traffic and delivers real value across topics like housing, visas, schools, and neighborhoods.

My Role:
I led the creative direction for the project — shaping the content vision, visual identity, and user experience. I also designed and implemented the blog on WordPress.

What I Delivered:
Designed, developed, and implemented the blog on WordPress

Built a scalable content structure using CPTs (Custom Post Types) for schools, neighborhoods, and housing

Created SEO-driven pillar content and supporting blog articles targeting keywords like “international schools in Copenhagen”, “where to live as an expat”, and “how to get a work permit in Denmark”Included neighborhood-specific rent data, internal linking, and CTAs to housing partners

Set up editorial systems in Google Sheets to manage production and publishing

Collaboration:
Partnered with Daniel Hintermayr from Growth System Factory, who developed an AI-powered content marketing system to accelerate and automate blog production.
